*UPDATE August 25, 2023: The amazon.ca listing for the paperback is working now. It is a print-on-demand system, so don’t be alarmed if it says “temporarily out of stock”. It creates stock as each copy is ordered. Also, please check that the seller is “amazon.ca” and not an over-priced reseller.

What to expect with your amazon order: Our publisher has told us that “The general time to expect books to print and be delivered by is  2-4 weeks for softcovers and 3-5 weeks for hardcovers. If they’re within that timeframe or slightly out it is likely the printer is busy.”

However, if it is taking longer than that, please let us know. We’ve been working with the management of our publisher to have a functional amazon listing, and we are hoping that the paperback listing will behave itself now. The hardcover listing has not been fixed yet.
